2014 Seçiminin kaybedeni AKP’dir

Bakmayın balkonlardan Ortadoğu ülkesi gibi oğul, kız, damat ve gelinlerle zafer nutukları attıklarına, bu gerçeği kendileri de çok iyi bilmekte ama bilinmesini ve konuşulmasını istememektedirler. Farklı oranlar açıklamalarının, ciddi seçim tahlili yapmamalarının nedeni seçimin kaybedeni olduklarını bilmelerindendir.

Rakamlara şöyle bir bakalım. En son sandığa 12 Haziran 2011 tarihinde %83.16 katılımla gidilmiştir. 2011 seçimlerinin resmi sonuçlarına göre de kullanılan oy: 43.914.948  geçerli oy: 42.941.763 ve partilere dağılım AKP 21.399.082 %49,83 – CHP 11.155.972 %25,98 – MHP 5.585.513 %13,01 – Bağımsız(BDP) 2.819.917 %6,57 oy aldı.

Aynı seçmenin son 30 Mart 2014 seçiminde (İl Genel / Belediye Meclislerine Göre Partilerin Oy Oranları) kullanılan oy: 46.676.764 geçerli oy: 44.869.521 AKP %43,31 – CHP %25,59 –             MHP %17,63 – BDP+HDP %4,64 + %1,97 = %6.61 oy aldı.

Son 2014 seçiminde seçmen artışı ve %90 na varan katılım nedeniyle 2.761.816 fazla oy kullanılmasına rağmen AKP 2.5 milyon oy kaybetmiştir. Yani AKP’in en son seçime göre oy kaybı %6.52 olmuştur. Seçimin kaybedeni AKP’dir.

CHP oyunu korumuş ama yerinde saymıştır. CHP’nin 2011’deki oyu 11 milyon 141 bindi. 30 Mart’ta 11 milyon 347 bin oldu. 2011’de %25.98 – 2014’te %25.59

Oyunu en çok artıran parti ve seçimin galibi tartışmasız MHP oldu. 2.5 milyon oy artışı sağlayan MHP, aldığı yüzde 17.63’lük oy oranı ile toplam oylarını yüzde 4.62 oranında artırmıştır. Üç büyükşehirde MHP seçmeni CHP ve AKP ye yönlendirildiği halde bu başarıyı elde etmiş olması gerçekte artışın daha yüksek olduğunun da göstergesidir. Bütün araştırmalarda AKP ve CHP seçmeninin 2. Tercihi MHP olmaktadır. Bu durumda gelecek seçimlerde MHP’nin birinci parti olacağını göstermektedir. Seçimin kazananı MHP, kaybedeni AKP ve oyunu koruyanı CHP’dir.

AKP oy alabilmek için devletin imkânlarını sonuna kadar kullanarak her yola başvurmuştur. Yasak olmasına rağmen oy kullanma kabinine cep telefonuyla girilmesine büyük ölçüde engel olunmamış, oyunu fotoğraf çekip belgeleyenler, satanlar ödüllerini almıştır.

Anadolu Ajansı Genel Müdürü seçim gecesi olağan AKP ziyaretini gerçekleştirmiş (!), ilk saatlerde AKP’ye gerçek dışı çok yüksek oranlar açıklanarak diğer partilerin sandık görevlilerinin demoralize olup sandıkları terk etmesi sağlanmıştır. Sahipsiz kalan sandıklara AKP’liler çöreklenmiş sandık sonuçları üzerinde oynamalar yapılmıştır. Birleştirmelerde de her türlü hileye başvurulmuştur. Bunlar tutanaklarla sabittir ve bu seçim kadar itiraz ve seçim iptalleri hiçbir seçimde yaşanmamış, bir hafta geçmesine rağmen hala seçim sonuçları netleşmemiştir. Seçim hilelerinin, çok iyi hazırlanmış bir ekip tarafından organize yapıldığı anlaşılmaktadır.

AKP her yolu deneyerek oyunu yüksek göstermeye çalışmasına rağmen açıklanan sonuçlardan bile 2.5 milyon seçmenin AKP ye oy vermekten vazgeçtiği görülmektedir. Gerçekte ise bu kaybın çok daha yüksek olduğu anlaşılmaktadır.

Sandıkta %43’e sahip AKP medyada %90’a sahip oluşu, Başbakanın ekranlardaki alt yazılara kadar müdahalesi iyi değerlendirilmelidir. Gerçeğin ne olduğu değil, nasıl bilindiği önemlidir. Bunu Tayyip Erdoğan çok iyi bilmekte ve algı yönetimini çok iyi kullanmaktadır. Her seçimde olduğu gibi bu seçimde de kronik mağduru oynayabilmiştir.

Ortalama 6.5 yıl eğitim süresi olan Türkiye, ortalama eğitim süresi OECD ülkelerinin sürelerinin neredeyse yarısına denk geliyor. Seçmen profili ve tercihi de buna göre şekillenmektedir.

Araştırmalara göre eğitim yükseldikçe AKP oyları düşmektedir. AKP seçmeninin büyük bölümü en düşük eğitim süresine sahiptir. Çoğunun internetle ilgisi ve bilgisi bulunmamaktadır. Ayakkabı kutusu, “sıfırlamak” onlar için bir şey ifade etmemekte çünkü ne olduğunu bilmemektedirler. En yoğun tv izleyicisi oldukları için tv hayatlarını ve tercihlerini şekillendirmektedir. Ekranlarada kimin hakim olduğu malumdur. AKP seçmeni kadın, diğer partilerin seçmenleri erkek ağırlıklıdır.

Aynı çoğunluğun eğitim süresi gibi gelir düzeyi de düşük ve kendilerine sağlanan yardımlara muhtaç durumdadır. Bu kitlenin “kömürcü, makarnacı vb.” sözlerle aşağılanması son derece yanlıştır ve AKP nin kucağına itmektir. Bizzat başbakan size bunları diyorlar diye meydanlarda her fırsatta duyurmuştur. AKP köklü bir parti olmadığı için fanatizm ile taban yaratma gayretindedir.

Akp kanunlarımızca yasak olmasına rağmen çok kolay ve etkili bir zemin olan din üzerinden siyaset yapmaktadır. “Kuran-ı Kerimi yaktılar, başörtülü bacım” nutuklarını meydanlarda dinledik. Arap alfabesiyle yazılmış bir yemek tarifini yerde bulsa bunu öpüp başına koyup en yüksek yere kaldıran, yıllarca gözyaşlarıyla okuduğu surelerin ne anlama geldiğini bilmeyen bu çoğunluğu istediği gibi din üzerinden istismar edip yönlendirmektedir. Diyanet hiç olmadığı kadar siyasallaşmış ve AKP’nin şubesi gibi çalışmıştır. “Allah” diyerek yapılan her şey, haşa meşru hale getirilmiştir.

BDP iddiasının olmadığı yerlerde, İmralı’daki cani teröristin talimatıyla, özerklik karşılığı velinimeti olan AKP’yi desteklemiştir.

Milliyetçiliği ayaklarının altına aldığını söyleyen ama her tür etnik, ayrımcı mikro milliyetçiliğin önünü açan, destekleyen AKP, seçimde Türk Bayraklı reklam filmleriyle ve yakalarında Türk bayrağı rozetleriyle seçmenin karşısına çıkmıştır. Bir dönem Türk Bayrağına “put” dediklerini bilen, diyanetin verdiği hac kıyafetlerinin yakasından şanlı bayrağımızı söküp havaalanı çöplerini doldurduklarını ve Konya mitingini hatırlayanlar için şaşkınlık vericidir.

“Sürdürülebilir borç ekonomisi” girdabına sürüklenmiş seçmen evine, arabasına, kredi kartlarına bankalara ve şahıslara borçlu, ucu ucuna hayatını devam ettirebilmektedir. Bu kitlede “biz gidersek istikrar bozulur” sözüyle tehdit altına alınmış, korkutulmuştur.

AKP, 12 yıllık tek başına iktidarının verilerini 3,5 – 4 yıllık, önceki koalisyon hükümetlerinin verileriyle, gelişen teknolojiyi ve dönemin şartlarını hiç dikkate almadan deli saçması karşılaştırmalar yapmıştır. Gelişmiş ülkelerle aramızdaki mesafeyi kapatmayan olağan gelişmeler çok abartılmış “büyük başarı” olarak sunulmuştur.12 yılda akan su bile yatağını genişletir.

Genel seçmen profilini bilerek, AKP tabanını tanıyarak onları incitmeden, dışlamadan siyaset yapmak doğru olacaktır. Ülke meselelerine duyarlı her bir birey durumdan vazife çıkartıp şimdiden en yakınlarından başlayıp onları kazanmalı, başkalarından beklenti içinde olmamalıdır. Derman sizlerdedir.
